Privacy
Showready Studio is run by Antoine Schroetter, 8 Uplands, Bratton Seymour, Wincanton, Somerset BA9 8DA. This page explains what information I keep, where it comes from and why.
What I collect, and where from
Public business contact details, such as an agent's name, work email and phone number, from the agency's own website, and company registration details (company number and status) from Companies House. If you order, you pay by bank transfer, and I keep the payer name, amount, date and reference that my bank shows me, for order and tax records. The listing form opens your email app. I receive the link and your email details only when you send that email.
Why
To offer this service to relevant businesses, deliver orders and keep tax records. The lawful basis is legitimate interests for business contact, contract for orders and legal obligation for required tax records.
Who else handles it
Tide, my business bank (receiving bank transfers), Cloudflare (hosts this site and the private delivery pages, and stores delivered files on Cloudflare R2), and Google (email, including any photos you send me as attachments). These services are used for the stated work. I edit photos and make video tours on my own computer, and customer photos are not sent to any AI service. Overseas transfers by these providers are still being checked, so no particular storage location or AI-training setting is promised here. The labelled stock demo loads images from Unsplash; its image service receives your IP address and request details.
How long
Contact details and listing links from people who don't become customers are deleted within 6 months of first contact (or of collection, if I never contacted you). If you ask not to be contacted, object or complain, I keep your email address, whether the request covers that address or the whole business, the company number, a short reason, the date and a reference to the related email on a do-not-contact list, for as long as needed to honour your request. Order records (order summary, start choice, confirmation, payment, invoice, refund and delivery records, but no photos) are kept for 6 years after the end of the tax year in which the order falls, which covers HMRC's rule of at least 5 years after the 31 January deadline.
Photos and preview links
Previews are unlisted and hidden from search engines, but they are not password protected: anyone with the link can open them. When a preview expires, its page shows the address and routes to order or request a fresh link. The browser hides its photos immediately; the image files are removed from the published site at the next rebuild and deployment. I never use a customer's photos in marketing without permission.
Working and delivered photos
Photo-file retention is separate from tax records. Customers send their photos by email or as a link from their own storage. I keep customer photos, working files and my copy of the finished files for 30 days after delivery (or after the round of changes, if that is later), then delete them. Emails that only carried photo attachments are deleted 30 days after delivery. Finished files are delivered on a private delivery page, which stays available for 30 days from the day I send the link; then the page and files are deleted from hosting, though copies can remain in the hosting provider's systems for a limited time. The page is hidden from search engines but not password-protected: anyone with the link can open it. Customer photos are accepted only once the delivery page has passed its access and deletion tests.
Your rights
You can request access, corrections or deletion, restrict processing where applicable, request portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and object to direct marketing at any time (I will always stop). Write to hello@showreadystudio.co.uk. If you think I've mishandled your personal information, you can complain to me by email at hello@showreadystudio.co.uk, or by post to 8 Uplands, Bratton Seymour, Wincanton, Somerset BA9 8DA. I'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it, keep you updated and tell you the outcome without undue delay. You can also complain to the regulator, the Information Commission (ICO).
